GESTURE CONTROL USED TO DRIVE CARS
Concept Vehicles, Your Living Room And Life
Microsoft MSFT +0.57% started something when it rolled out the Xbox with Kinect in 2010. The optical sensors in Kinect allowed players to use gesture to control and play video games. Now, a long (or short depending on how you look at it) six years after that tech hit the gaming world, gesture is making its way into other markets, including your home, cars and other everyday life activities.

“change your brain”, “think about it in a different manner”, “reframe your brain”
All of these sayings are saying the same thing, if you can retrain your brain, if you can make it think a different way, you can change your psycho make-up and be in control of your nerves and emotions. Continue reading NEUROPSYCHOPHARMACOLOGY. SEROTONIN JUST GOT EVEN MORE INTERESTING.
A German professor has confirmed what skeptics from Britain to the US have long suspected: that NASA’s Goddard Institute of Space Studies has largely invented “global warming” by tampering with the raw temperature data records.
Professor Dr. Friedrich Karl Ewert is a retired geologist and data computation expert. He has painstakingly examined and tabulated all NASA GISS’s temperature data series, taken from 1153 stations and going back to 1881. His conclusion: that if you look at the raw data, as opposed to NASA’s revisions, you’ll find that since 1940 the planet has been cooling, not warming.
WHEN IS IT TOO HOT FOR THE HUMAN BODY
THE PHYSICAL BODY HAS A BREAKING POINT
Everyone is talking about global warming, the rising of the times but who is really talking about the effects upon the human body? With record high temperatures, when is it too hot for the human body?
The ice caps are melting. Yachts may now sail everywhere. Clouds are dumping at record markers. So, when is it too hot for man to continue to live within his system and self-cool? Continue reading WHEN IS IT TOO HOT FOR THE HUMAN BODY
THE CANNABIS CULTURE
By: John Johns
What the hell is going on that the world leaders and governments want to numb the minds of the people. The people, who barely have time to think and understand what the world is about anyway. The people who have no fucking clue as to what they are doing or what they should be doing. So what do they think, shit, ‘let’s numb them up and dumb them down’…? Sure fucking seems that way! Continue reading THE CANNABIS CULTURE
WE ARE A NO-NONSENSE METAMODERN SOCIETY
We are a no-nonsense metamodern society, or so we think, oh, and we speak irreverently in slang.
We do not apologize for any of our actions. We know what we are doing while we are doing it, and we do it anyway. Continue reading WE ARE A NO-NONSENSE METAMODERN SOCIETY
OUR METAMODERN TIMES …’ DECENCY’ IS THE NEW BEHAVIORAL MINIMUM IN OUR METAMODERN CULTURE. DISGUSTING.
Decency is the new behavioral minimum. Disgusting. Yet in our metamodern culture, completely understandable. Metamodernism is fraught with singularity; such as, our screenification society, three screens for each person; the communal living room, yet almost singular in nature because each is not always staring and therefore not sharing the largest screen in the room. Yet the independence of the metamodern era apparently must swing its pendulum all the way to one side before it implodes from solitude to become again communally oriented. Continue reading OUR METAMODERN TIMES …’ DECENCY’ IS THE NEW BEHAVIORAL MINIMUM IN OUR METAMODERN CULTURE. DISGUSTING.
SCIENCE, NOW A POLITICAL FRONTIER AND EXPANDING
By: Jerome Day
Was there any doubt that politics plays a big part in scientific conversation? No, not really, not since the Great Warming Debate. The worry approaches when doubt is cast upon scientific consensus. Science is normally and consistently neutral, for the most part, so the worry arises when science, as evidence-based is the main driver of public policy, and we all know who makes the policy decisions.
Deeper than the policy makers becoming influenced by lobbiests, modern swarm-minded ideas, fakenews, and such is the single thought of the power of one person added to another to another, to form a group with new consensus and a new direction. This is easily achieved. People are easily swayed by misstated facts, inflammatory dialogue and our modern social media fakenews and bully-mentality, thus allowing the present science, now a political frontier and expanding to be well within reach and possibly to sway in an entirely detrimental direction.
