CHINA IS LAUNCHING A FAKE MOON

CHINA IS LAUNCHING A FAKE MOON

Well, we all have our crosses to bare; whether you are a person or a city, you have things to do and people to answer to and financial obligations and decisions.

Recently, China, in its ever-expanding quest for being, is not only headed for space exploration on the dark side of the moon, but will, in 2020, via space, illuminate the city of Chengdu.

How, you ask, well, by launching a fake moon or two or three.

This money saving, artificial illumination will brighten the city and is to be in lieu of street lights. If the street lights light the street, then one would think this moon would not only light the street, but also the entire sky. We are told, however, that the moon(s) will not put out enough power to interfere nor impede any astrological studies.

What is unclear is just how much illumination will be on the streets.  They can tell us when we are on the ground and look up to the artificial moonlight it will simply appear like dusk-like.  So the question becomes, will the ground now look like a rural area with a full moon?  No, city-slicker will think that is enough light. The other questions are, who is paying for this? The government? The people. In what timeframe will it pay for itself. What are the lumens now? What will the lumens be? Will some streetlights stay on? Why is the city of Chengdu overwhelmed by light pollution? Why weren’t ordinances in place to foresee this? The greatest question is, If it’s all about cash, is it the electricity bill because costs are rising? If so, why not tax the people?  Will your infrastructure collapse if they are taxed?  …When I find out, I will let you know.

The shear matter that here they are in space again, is quite interesting, additionally, the thought of a personal, miniature Chengdung moonmoon (a moon’s moon), may be the new Pet Rock.
