METAMODERNISM, THE INDIVIDUAL IS IN CHARGE

We live in a world of independence; whereby the individual is in charge.

Once told what to enjoy, what to buy, how to beat-out-the-Jones’, that leash no longer exists.

It is becoming the one with the loudest mouth wins.  As that has always been the case with the Marketing and PR industry and now, the proverbial box has been opened and many mouths have emerged.

What is becoming of the metamodern, the neopostmodern society and how will they be shaped and take shape…

Stop to think of all of the broadcasting sources that are available and then think about where you listen.

We have “fake news”, right, left, lizard, etc.; which are we now to believe.  In years passed we had the BBC, NBC, Dan Rather, Walter Winchel, Winston Churchill newsreels.  Now, which is real, which is newstainment, which is civil reporting, which is pure opinion?  Can you tell?  How can you tell?

Our Nation’s School’s of Journalism are “keeping-up” and teaching these ‘tactics’ of swayed journalism and reporting to the young and rising professionals of tomorrow; perpetuating a school of individualized and corporatized money-making means.

Facts. That’s how you know your information is true.  Facts are clearly defined and need no adjective, nor opine.  They are an actual action, an actual sentence, an actual moment.  Facts stand individually, as we do in our metamodern, neopostmodern era.
